Welcome to NOVARA. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from NOVARA.

2. Products & Pricing. All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We make every effort to display products and colors accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen shows them perfectly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order (including after it is placed) — for example if a product is mispriced or unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, you'll be refunded in full.

3. Orders & Payment. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted once we confirm and process it.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and all returns and refunds by our Refund Policy (all sales final except damaged/defective items). Please review both before ordering.

5. Intellectual Property. All content on this site — the NOVARA name, logo, text, and images — is our property or used with permission and may not be copied or used without written consent.

6. Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability. The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVARA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
