Where We Ship: Worldwide, from Southeast Asia.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Delivery Estimates (after processing):
- Philippines / Southeast Asia: 5–12 business days
- United States: 7–16 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — actual times vary by destination and carrier.
Shipping Rates. Calculated at checkout based on your destination, with free shipping over the threshold shown in your cart.
Customs, Duties & Taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Delays. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. Customs, weather, or carrier delays can happen, especially on international orders.
Wrong or Incomplete Address. Please enter your shipping address carefully. We're not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address; re-shipping may require a new order.
